Are the keys/activation codes offered on your website official?
Yes, all keys/activation codes offered on gamecodes are official and are purchased from authorized resellers or scanned from actual official physical releases.
All keys can be redeemed on their official platforms, such as Steam, Origin, Battle.net etc.
I’ve never purchased a game key before, is this legal and how do I download it?
Downloading games using official platforms such as Steam, Origin, Battle.net etc. is completely legal. While each platform differs slightly in how to download games you typically enter the activation code that you received into the respective platform and download will start automatically.

How long does it take to receive my product key/activation code?
We have two delivery methods. Each product on our website contains information regarding the delivery method.
Instant email delivery (Your purchased keys will be delivered by email instantly)
Standard email delivery (Your purchased keys will be delivered by email within 24 hours)
If for some reason you do not receive it please check your junk email folder to make sure it wasn’t accidentally placed there. If there is any fraudulent behavior detected on your order such as using a web proxy, your key delivery will be delayed until it can be manually reviewed, this typically takes up to 24 hours.
I’m having trouble activating my key, it’s not working!
If you receive an error while activating your product please send an email to [email protected], this will automatically create a ticket and we can investigate your problem asap. To help expedite a solution please attach a screenshot with the error that you are experiencing.
Are the keys valid in all regions?
While we stock primarily global/region free keys, please check the region field on the product page, there are sometimes restrictions on where the product can be activated.
I ordered a product with standard email delivery, when will I receive my order?
All standard email delivery products are delivered within 24 hours after purchase.
If you haven’t received your order in 24 hours (standard email delivery), your order may have been delivered to the wrong email address. If that is the case simply contact us at [email protected] with the details of your order and we will gladly help you out.
I ordered a product with instant email delivery but didn’t receive my order instantly.
All instant email delivery products are delivered instantly after purchase.

My order was rejected because of fraudulent activity, why?
There are many reasons why an order might be rejected due to suspected fraudulent activity but the number one reason for most rejected orders is the use of a web proxy. A web proxy is the number one tool used by people committing fraud on the internet since it makes them harder to track. Because of this we automatically reject any orders that are made while using a web proxy.
